Glen Manning is a landscape architect and principal at HTFC Planning & Design with a passion for the social and placemaking dimensions of active transportation. Glen is a cycle commuter, trail enthusiast, and advocate. He was one of the founders of the Floodway Recreational Trails Coalition, and a longstanding member of the Association of Pedestrian and Bicycle Professionals. He has been involved in the design of bicycle and pedestrian facilities locally and internationally since the mid 1990s, including development of the City of Winnipeg Riverbank Parkway Code of Conduct, the River Forks Plan for Greater Grand Forks, and greenway trail system design in Francistown, Botswana.
