Chris Baker is an active transportation planner and currently the Acting Active Transportation (AT) Coordinator with the City of Winnipeg. He is a Full Member of the Canadian Institute of Planners and a graduate of the University of Manitoba’s Master of City Planning program. He also has training and certifications in bikeway design, public engagement and project management. Working to implement the City of Winnipeg’s Pedestrian and Cycling Strategies, Chris is involved with project planning, overseeing the annual AT budget, facilities planning and design, design review, programming, project management, communications and public engagement.
