The purpose of the Master Class is to learn from the international leaders in cycling provision… the Dutch, and to understand how their cycling planning and design practices may be applied to specific case studies in Winnipeg. This 1.5 day Master Class is perfect for practicing and emerging engineers, planners, advocates, policy experts, students and more.

The second day of a two day workshop. This day is spent working in groups to apply Dutch design concepts to carefully-chosen case studies in Winnipeg. The intent of the exercise is to provide innovative ideas for future and existing projects similar to the case studies. Get ready to look at places like Polo Park, Osborne Village, Kenaston and Main street from a Dutch lens. Don’t miss out.

This event is made possible by Scatliff+Miller+Murray and MORR Transportation Consulting.  Special thanks to Erik Dickson and Rob Poapst.
